- "The restaurant closed very early--5:00, so we were taken by surprise and had to walk over a mile down the mountain for dinner--and back up. but, it was an adventure--we'll just plan better next time."

- "Our favorite part of the Schlossrestaurant Neuschwanstein was how close it was to the castle Neuschwanstein. It was very nice for visiting the castle, as was the discount we received at the castle for staying at the hotel. It was also convenient to be able to drive our car up to the hotel."

- "It was a little hard to find the road from Schwangau up to the hotel."

- "The location was a amazing. Wish we'd know where it was earlier. Bit hard to find but right under castle Neuschwanstein. The staff was kind enough to drive us into town for dinner. Wonderful place!"
