- "We liked the size of the pool, until we saw all the dirt on the floor."

- "The room wasn't clean at all, there was hair everywhere on the floor that wasn't ours. When we put on the airconditioning, the room was filled with a sewer smell which was very unpleasant with 35 degrees outside. The breakfast was just poor. The bread came out of paper boxes and it didn't taste fresh and there wasn't even a tiny piece of fruit. Another thing we didn't like was the quantity of the pool chairs. The pool was meant for 175 people and there were only 20 chairs available. When we checked in, the hotel was almost empty and still they gave us a room with two separated beds."

- "The quiet location and free parking. Excellent panoramic view of the city of Granada."

- "On the second day or our stay the room was not cleaned at all, not even the trash basket. The breakfast room was closed ahead of time and the staff said it was because the groups had finished their breakfast. We were served the breakfast separately, but with a very low choice. The hotel seems not to be interested at all in individual tourists. A 3'ster hotel should have at least eggs and becon (or any equivalent of warm foods) at the breakfast."
