- What did you like the most?
- "The location is SUPERB - in front of Rossio square -airport bus drops off amost infront of the hostel - METRO just nearby - rossio train station is next door (to sintra palace around 35 mins by train) - Cafes, restaurants & supermarket nearby.
The staff was really friendly and helpful.(especially Carlos)

- "BEWARE there is no elevator, GOOD LUCK for carrying it to the level 2 or 3. No AC. Back street was too loud at night No inroom safebox"

- "Very good location, right in the heart of Lisbon. Front desk staffs are very helpful, friendly and knowledgable of Lisbon."

- "No lift, no aircon but you get what you pay for so I have no complain."

- "* There´s no elevator, so it can be complicated to reach the second floor with heavy luggage"

- "The location is excellent, right in Rossio square, airport bus drops off in front, metro stop nearby, rossio train station is next door. Great cafes, and restaurants nearby as well as shopping. For early morning departures, there are taxis in front of the theatre.The staff is very friendly and helpful as well. The price is right and the rooms are very clean. Rooms facing the square or the back side are very bright and airy."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Having stayed here over the last several years, it may be time to update the bed covers. Rooms on the back side can be noisy with garbage trucks in the very early hours. They also removed the computers which was very useful for those travelling without Iphones/I pads. Also, they could update the tvs and offer more channels, including those in other languages (e.g. English) for those who like late night tv watching."
