Is there anything you didn't like?: "damp walls in room poor reception service...lengthy wait for pillows towels etc"

What did you like the most?: "We had come to the area for a wedding in a local village & stayed at the Quality Hotel for the wedding eve so weren't looking for any special treatment but we were mildly surprised when we arrived!
We had a drink at the well stocked bar then retired to the room for a nightcap before bed, then up early enough for a swim in the excellent pool.
Then breakfast!
We sat at the window for a cuppa then served ourselved at the buffet bar until we were full 7 the staff were very obliging when we asked for fresh food...."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The disappointing thing was at the reception when we arrived & we were unknown guests! I had my confirmation but there was no knowledge of our booking in the system."

What did you like the most?: "Great price for a weekend stay. Easy motorway access. Excellent staff. Close to a venue I was visiting."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Some aspects of the hotel are dated the rooms were clean and staff friendly donor the price it wasn't an issue."
