- "Staff were really helpful and spoke good English. 24 hour reception
was useful. We found the Wifi good and reliable but it didn't seem to
work on the other floors. The rooms were recently renovated so were
really clean and comfortable, and the bathrooms too. The hostel is
right in the night life of Bairro Alto, so awesome location, though
can be noisy at times." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The hostel had just changed names and buildings so didn't have the facilities or common spaces we were expecting."

- What did you like the most?
- "The only positive was the location"
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "It wasn´t easy for me to find it as it had changed name couple of days earlier without any information(!). I arrived outside (after midnight) but no illuminated sign of its name(!). When I found out the small sign was the name of one other hostel (it was the new hostel´s name ¨Passport¨). Some other residents arrived and told my about the changes, as they stayed there for few days. The receptionist even if she found my reservation, she couldn´t find out which could be my bed (reservation in a 8-beds room)! She showed me one bed, after searching her documents and the rooms for half hour! But couples of hours later she came back with the bed´s holder to wake me up and trying again (!) to find a bed. In the morning, while I was leaving I asked for the breakfast´s room as I had already paid for it. That moment I found out that it was served in one other building, she tried to expain to me where was that but I never found it. All these bad impressions in only seven hours staying there! I don´t know if this is only due to an employee´s unability. I stayed in many different hostel´s in many different countries but this was the worst."

- What did you like the most?
- "Except for the "Grey Room" (one of the dormitories) which is too small
and dark, it is an excellent quality/price ratio. Clean and secure.
Right in the middle of the nightlife area so do not expect to sleep
quietly but perfect for all other aspects." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Grey room."
