- What did you like the most?
- "I cannot imagine why this is listed as a 4 star hotel, other than it
adjoins a spar/thalasso.The rooms are in serious need of renovation. The
carpets are worn out and stained. The service attitude is abysmal. Think
crummy run down 70s hotel and you'll get the picture. Saving grace is
the beach/dunes location but you cannot see this from the hotel and is a
good 5 minutes walk away. Overall a huge disappointment"

- "It wasn't clear that this was formerly the Novotel and therefore the hotel was v difficult to find. Desperately needs some signs outside the hotel."
