Cancellation and amendment policy. Reservation may be cancelled or amended up to 24 hours prior to day of arrival of the client. Failure to cancel your booking prior to this time will result in a charge of one nights accommodation apart from the initial guarantee deposit. In order to amend a reservation, please contact directly to the hotel which details figure in the voucher. If your amendment reduces the number of nights or rooms the deposit will not be refunded and will not be discounted of the modified reservation fee.

- "Perfect location as so close to the centre of Madrid. The sheets & towells were changed every day - standard of cleanliness was excellent!"

- "Our room was so small - there was literally room for a bed & one chair! There was absolutely nowhere to place personal items - no cabinets or shelves, so we had to keep everthing in our suitcases. There wasnt even a shelf in the bathroom (again, so small it was quite amazing!) to put a toothbrush."
