About Living-Sevilla Apartments
Living-Sevilla Apartments are located in the heart of Seville, next to the River Guadalquivir. These modern design apartments have free Wi-Fi access, and a common terrace with a view to the city.
Each spacious apartment has a stylish kitchenette, with a fridge and a washing machine. There is a full bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. The living room has a double sofa bed and a flat-screen TV.
Living Sevilla Apartments are set near the Macarena Church. The famous Santa Cruz district is a short walk away. The Cathedral and the Giralda are 1.5km from the apartments. Please note that the full reservation and damage deposit must be paid in cash on arrival. Instead of paying the damage deposit in cash, guests may choose to leave credit card details, which will only be charged in case of any damage.
The apartments have no reception. Guests must contact the apartments at least 24 hours before arrival to arrange their check-in time. Check-in is from 17:00 until 20:00. Guests wishing to check in outside these times must pay an additional surcharge. In case of late arrival, guests must contact the apartments since the staff will only wait for 20 minutes after the specified time.
Please note that road access and parking are very limited in central Seville. Guests planning to arrive by car should contact the apartments directly for more information. -

- "Very noisy, part of building is sold to families with kids - noise at mornings even nights of crying kids. Really bad sound isolation between floors, You can hear every move of flat above."

- "Location is good, staff very professional and helpful. The apartment was very well equipped."

- "Our flat had no windows to the street, just to a patio that was at the same time the access to quite a few other apartments. Perhaps that is normal in Andalusia, we found it a little bit awkward. But perhaps this is being fussy, you don't go to Seville to sit in your apartment right?"
