  Non refundable bookings: Once the booking is made the accommodation will charge the total booking fee. In case of invalid credit card the customer will have 24 hours to facilitate a correct one; otherwise the booking will be cancelled. If the reservation is made for the same day of check in and the credit card is not valid, the booking will be cancelled at the time. Initial guarantee deposit is not refundable in any case. Minors may only stay accompanied by an adult or with parental permission, if not, will not be permitted in the housing. Take into account that the amount of money charged by the accommodation and the booking center won’t be refunded.

  Reservation may be cancelled or amended up to 48 hours prior to the date of the client's arrival. Failure to cancel your booking prior to this time will result in a charge of the total booking fee. In case of No show the total booking fee will be charged. Apart from the initial guarantee deposit. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival, in case that the card is not valid, the client will have to provide a new one to maintain the reservation.ç -For reservations made the day the client will be checking in or for the following day, if the card is not valid the reservation will be cancelled without notice, please provide a valid credit card. In order to amend a reservation, please contact the hotel directly. Contact details figure on the voucher. If by amending your reservation, the number of nights or rooms you had originally booked is reduced, the deposit will not be refunded and will not be discounted of the modified reservation fee. All amendments may be accepted by the accommodation. The accommodation has the right to check the validity of the card used for the reservation. In case of disability the reservation may be canceled. Minors cannot stay at the accommodation if they are not accompanied by an adult or without parental permission. In case of reservation without this permission reservation will be cancelled and the booking fee deposit or any other charge will not be refundable.
