Is there anything you didn't like?: "1. I could hear other guests snoring loudly overnight. 2. The reception closed at 11, or anyway quite early. I had a problem during the night (could not access wi-fi), couldn't get help as the reception was shut, and could not solve the problem. 3. The staff were over-preoccupied with trying to sell us breakfast, rather than cater for any other need or information we may have needed. 4. The bus service to the airport is poor, sporadic and unreliable (not the hotel's fault, I know). Yet the hotel doesn't know much about said bus service, nor offer any help in terms of taxi numbers. Arguably, many people stay overnight in Beauvais in order to catch early flights from the local (under-equipped and over-busy) airport, so this lack of travel information/services to get to the airport is a significant problem."
