- "The only complaint was no restaurant services over the weekend, which meant going into Bordeaux for dinner as no local restaurants either."

- "The air conditioning unit wasn't working properly and it ended up warm in the room overnight. Also it would have been nice to have had tea/coffee facilities provided in the room."

- "Staff were all very cheerful and gave great help and advice. The only negative is the location, needing a 20 euro taxi or bus and tram to get to the city for a meal as there are no bistros or restaurants near the hotel."
