    The accommodation will charge the total booking fee once the reservation is made. The client shall provide a valid credit card to collect your reservation. Otherwise, the reservation may be canceled with the consequent loss of deposit.

  • Cancellation policy Plateros

    Reservation may be cancelled or amended up to 7 days prior to the date of the client's arrival. Failure to cancel your booking prior to this time will result in a charge of one night's accommodation apart from the initial guarantee deposit. In order to amend a reservation, please contact the hotel directly, which details figure on the voucher. If by amending your reservation, the number of nights or rooms you had originally booked is reduced, the deposit will not be refunded and will not be discounted of the modified reservation fee.

"very nice little family hotel! Beautiful location on a tiny square; it has an underground parking place if needed. The breakfast is cheap and fine in a cosy patio. The Mezquita is 5 min walk away!"
