- "At least the toilet flushed and the door locked."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The shower was broken, the beds was uncomfortable, the sheets were too small for the bed, the room was smelly, the lift was noisy and could be heard in the room all through the night. The quality was below other hotels that charge ?30 a night, yet they charged ?75 a night for 2 people, we even stayed in a parador that was cheaper than this place."

- "It smelled like fish in our room, the halls have very dilapidated carpets, compared to others it was expensive"

- "Staff does not speak english smell of cigarette in our room room looks very old, dusty with a strange smell of mold and cigarette (it was supposed to be a non smoking floor) hotel suitable for only one night and good for the parking service"
