Failure to cancel your booking prior to this time will result in a charge of one night's accommodation apart from the initial guarantee deposit. If your amendment reduces the number of nights or rooms the deposit will not be refunded and will not be discounted of the modified reservation fee.

- "The people were friendly and the breakfast was good also good location."

- "No hot water when I arrived it came on after a while still not very hot.Same again next morning no hot water I had such a bad night because the room was freezing I actually slept in my motorcycle gear."
