Reservation may be cancelled or amended up to 48 hours prior to day of arrival of the client. Failure to cancel your booking prior to this time will result in a charge of one night's accommodation apart from the initial guarantee deposit. If your amendment reduces the number of nights or rooms the deposit will not be refunded and will not be discounted of the modified reservation fee.

- "Poor standard of rooms especially beds (No doubles?!!) Beds like something from a caravan. Not a four star hotel or anything like it. A fine budget hotel but we left feeling ripped off for the price of it."

- "Bathrooms are very dated Not 4* recommended Swimming pool was very cold Went on opening weekend and they were power washing the pool side and sun beds - it was very noisy whilst trying to relax! Breakfast was average - no hot food- My pool towel and room towel both had visible stains. My first two night were cancelled and I had to move hotels - not very professional!!"
