Cancellation and amendment policy. Reservation may be cancelled or amended up to 168 hours prior to day of arrival of the client. Failure to cancel your booking prior to this time will result in a charge of 1 night accommodation apart from the initial guarantee deposit. In order to amend a reservation, please contact directly to the hotel which details figure in the voucher. If your amendment reduces the number of nights or rooms the deposit will not be refunded and will not be discounted of the modified reservation fee.

- "Great, helpful staff! Lots of wonderful recomendations if you ask! View from rooms looks over a cala, breakfast as well. Comfy beds!"

- "Wifi didn't reach room. Design is very outdated and bathroom smelled of mildew. Breakfast buffet has few options."

- "We had a wonderful experience of staying in Mar Blava!
First of all, it is located in a very nice part of Ciutadella, on the rocky bank of a small bay, and you can go down to the sea, sit on the rocks, sunbathe, swim and enjoy the beautiful landscape without leaving the hotel's territory. It is also 10 minutes from the center, bus station and in 15 minutes from the harbor.
Secondly, the staff is not just doing their job perfectly, they are very responsible, friendly and nice guys who are always ready to help you. They are doing their best in advising and entertaining their guests :) We felt like at home, thank you very much! The hotel is totally advisable for the people who are searching for a quiet and nice atmosphere for a reasonable price."
