- "Breakfast is bread and jam but you can pay more for eggs if you want them."

- "The rustic/local furnishings, the inner courtyard with plants, the
price, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, the laundry
service which is a godsend before and after the inca trail, the comfy
beds and blankets, the cleanliness of the bathrooms, 5-10 mins flattish
walk from the main square, the peacefulness of the place and the free
filtered water. We were unwell after the Inca trail but they made us
feel comfortable and we ended up extending our stay. Overall we were
glad we picked Hostel Pascana for our stay in Cusco." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Sometimes it was difficult to ask for help if the person on reception did not know a huge amount of English but this rarely happened and we got by just fine when it did. The breakfast needs improving past a few white bread buns, jam, tea and juice. There is an upper sunny mezannine floor aside from the tables and chairs on the ground floor where you eat breakfast, which has plastic tables and chairs on it. They should really think about replacing those with some soft seating (rather than the lone couch opposite the reception desk) to relax on which would be a welcome sight when travelling and after the inca trail and utilise the space better. Otherwise the only soft seating around is your bed. The free airport transfer and tour info. Was great but they do need to reply to the request email to let you know someone will be picking you up otherwise you might miss them like we almost did. There was a problem with the heating one day and sometimes the shower was lukewarm but I think that may be Cusco."

- "Thin walls meant could hear noise from adjacent rooms. Temperature was warm in room requiring open windows."
