- What did you like the most?
- "Beds were comfortable even though the matrimonial was too small for two people.
When we asked to change rooms it was no problem." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "First room we had was ok but the only window opened DIRECTLY over the very full rubbish bins so we couldn't open it. The rubbish bins were dragged past the room by the staff at 6am, waking us up. We changed to a much nicer room upstairs. The third day our towels were taken from the room but not replaced; when we asked for new towels we were accused of "not following the rules for the towels" (!!) - which was actually untrue. The last day we were there we had a problem with the water. There was no water at all in the bathroom - we told the staff and a few minutes later it was fixed. However the next time we went to use the bathroom an hour later there was again no water. We went out for several hours and here was still no water. By the next morning there was water again but it was freezing cold and wouldn't heat up."
