The building that hosts the El Tera Hostel was built in the XIX century and completely restored in 2006, in order to give the clients the best quality.

El hostal El Tera se encuentra abierto 24 horas, dispone de consigna de equipajes sin cargo alguno y de limpieza diaria de las habitaciones. La salida de las habitaciones deberá efectuarse antes de las 12 de la mañana.

En sus proximidades se encuentra el Triángulo del Arte formado por los tres museos más importantes de Madrid: el Museo del Prado, el Centro de Arte Reina Sofía y el Museo Thyssen Bornemisza.Próximo a la estación de Atocha-AVE. "Reservation may be cancelled or amended up to 24 hours prior to the date of the client's arrival. Failure to cancel your booking prior to this time will result in a charge of one night's accommodation apart from the initial guarantee deposit. In order to amend a reservation, please contact the hotel direclty, which details figure on the voucher. If by amending your reservation, the number of nights or rooms you had originally booked is reduced, the deposit will not be refunded and will not be discounted of the modified reservation fee.

- "This hostel is in a great location, within walking distance of most major attractions in Madrid and very close to a subway station. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The cost is very reasonable. The hostel was clean. We were traveling as a couple and able to get a room with a private bathroom. It was exactly what we wanted for our trip."

- "due to a policeman more worried in making money of false infos, my car got confiscated, after i ask a policeman if the park was free of charge on sundays, the policeman told me yes, and after all, i couldnt park there. pay attention to the parkings, dont take the car inside M-30."
