Reservation may be cancelled or amended up to 72 hours prior to day of arrival of the client. Failure to cancel your booking prior to this time will result in a charge of 2 night's accommodation apart from the initial guarantee deposit. In order to amend a reservation, please contact directly the hotel which details figure in the voucher. If your amendment reduces the number of nights or rooms the deposit will not be refunded and will not be discounted of the modified reservation fee.

- "Its so good for price! Its not hostel but hotel. so reasonable and security is perfect! We have to show the provement to stay at this hotel after 11p.m. otherwise we can't get inside building. Location is perfect! I managed to walk around the important building such as Prado Musium and Palece.
