- "The building was superb - a former convent, with fantastic period architectural detail. The rooms were comfortable and warm, and there was plenty of hot water. It was on the edge of town, only a few minutes walk from the Plaza Mayor, and yet was very quiet. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful."

- "No plug in the bath, forcing you to have a shower. As it was cold, it would have been nice to warm up in a bath."

- "The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Our room was basic, a bit dated, but the bed was clean and very comfortable. As our room was situated to the rear, overlooking the internal courtyard we enjoyed a quiet, restful sleep. The breakfast was adequate and what you would expect from a hotel of this standard. The parking was free and good."

- "The internal lighting on stairs and corridor leading to the bedrooms was poor."

- "I liked the sense of history and how they retained so many original features of the original building. The staff were also very friendly and helpful."

- "I would like a little more variety at breakfast, for example, fresh orange juice or fresh fruit etc."
