- "Hotel description untrue, there is no balcony in the room, and sink is broken too. Receptionist is not always there, we waited for one hour and a half to check in. There was some confusion regarding payment. The owner told us it's paid by card at the beginning, and the next day told us again it's not paid and asked for cash in a very aggressive manner. When we want to double check with booking.com, the owner accused us of not trusting their business practice and told us off. We were just following the common sense to do the right thing so think the owner was not reasonable at all."

- "Very useful location and great for a shoestring budget like I had.
As a result of the price obviously don't expect anything too high in terms of luxury, it's very basic. However, it's very clean and if you just need a place to put your head down and shower then I'd recommend this place. Only 5 minutes walk to the city centre (or a 15 minute stagger back from the Bairro Alto!)"
