What did you like the most?: "Our room was spacious but not until we complained about the first room allocated which was small and smelled of cigarette smoke."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "People who stay at this hotel apparently smoke in some bedrooms even though there is a no smoking sign on the back of the entrance doors. We feel we were firstly offered an inferior room to what we booked and were then upgraded to what we had actually booked when we complained about the cigarette smoke smell. Hotel guests had to queue up for breakfast table. Perhaps too many coach parties staying here."

What did you like the most?: "The room & Leisure Facilities were Great along with the Staff."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "I had heard the standards had gone down hill compared to your rivals all close by !!! but I gave it a go how wrong I was !!! on arrival you cannot check in until 3pm others offer 2pm latest, we had to change in the leisure centre ridiculous you try getting ready to go to a wedding in a sweaty changing room !!! I am so glad we didn't eat in the restaurant in the evening.... The breakfast was absolutely Disgusting bacon eggs sausages etc all looked & tasted like yesterdays offering it was hard & over cooked would of got a better breakfast at a greasy spoon to be honest that chef should be sacked......too angry to say anymore."
