It has 9 perfectly equipped bedrooms with flat screen tv, showe tub, wifi connection to make your stay in Cuenca an unforgettable experience.
6 of them are exterior and most of them with Plaza de la Constitucion views, as well as all have a Nespresso machine to start well the day
Although its situation in the heart of the center, it has a parking (extra fee) where leave the car as you can visit the city on foot. Around the hotel, you will find a large list of restaurants and bars where taste the typical gastronomy of the area as Banzo o La Ración restaurant or have fun at night in the La Calle pub. -

Cancellation policy Hostal CH Victoria Alojamientos
La cancelación o modificación de la reserva deberá realizarse con un mínimo de 24 horas antes de la llegada del cliente. En caso de incumplimiento de la Política de Cancelación el establecimiento podrá efectuar el cobro correspondiente a una noche de alojamiento aparte del depósito ya abonado como garantía. Se ruega avisar 30 minutos antes de la llegada al alojamiento. Para modificar la reserva diríjase directamente al Hotel cuyos datos de contacto figurarán en el Bono de Reserva. En caso de que solicite una modificación para reducir el número de noches o de habitaciones no se reembolsará el depósito de garantía ni se tendrá en cuenta para el pago de la reserva modificada.

- "No outdoor sign! You could walk past this location, so call before arriving. The staff will meet and greet you. It is not your typical hotel as far as a reception is concerned. It does not have one! Once you are checked in, you are left alone. Dont expect a wake up call!"

- "Very difficult to drive into Cuenca, gps doesn't work due to many roads being pedestrian only and one way. Hotel difficult to find in car and parking extremely tight, would not fit a large vehicle."
