What did you like the most?: "Quiet area close to Epsom Downs racecourse. Excellent restaurant for
both breakfast and evening meal. Friendly and helpful staff."

Is there anything you didn't like?: "The staff were very rude when we arrived. I phoned prior to confirm that I could get into the room earlier than 3pm as my friends wedding was at the hotel. The person on the phone confirmed that this was fine and I could get in for 1pm. When I arrived at the hotel the receptionist was very rude and said that her staff would not say this and just continued to give excuses about how busy they were and just walked off. When she did finally return she said the room would be about 20 mins. We returned 20 mins later to be told that it was still not ready and she could not guarantee that it would be ready in time for the wedding. The tall gentleman(her colleague) even said "well we could say that the room will not be ready until 3pm" - my friend was getting married at 3pm. They still continued to argue with us. We finally got into the room after a further 20 minutes. At no time did anyone apologise for the inconvenience. I will certainly not be staying again and would not recommend this hotel as a place to stay or venue to hold an event."
