Cancellation policy Casona de los Sitios
Reservation may be cancelled or amended up to 48 hours prior to day of arrival of the client, except the reservations for specific dates (from 13.04.2017 to 16.04.2017, 9.10.2017 to 15.10.2017), when the reservation may be cancelled or amended up to 7 days prior to day of arrival. Failure to cancel your booking prior to this time will result in a charge of one night's accommodation apart from the initial guarantee deposit. In case of no show the total booking fee will be charged on the clients credit card. In order to amend a reservation, please contact directly the hotel which details figure in the voucher. If your amendment reduces the number of nights or rooms the deposit will not be refunded and will not be discounted of the modified reservation fee.

- "Location was fantastic, easy to get around and walking distance to the main attractions. The apartment (2 bedroom) was surprinsingly large and with all the facilities one could need.

- "Everithing was almost perfect - spacious appartment with big hall, two bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen, location (5 min by foot to the city center, however, on the quiet street). The staff demonstrated the best attitude we've ever met in Spain. Also complimentary vine and sweets were a pleasent surprise. In addition, free and good-working Wi-Fi internet. Undoubtedly it's a good work, undoubtedly it's a bargain. It looks like Zaragoza is a little undervalued by tourists though there are friedly people and beautiful historic places."

- "The answerphone in English could be helpful for those who don't speak Spanish."
