- "The location of this hotel is special.... the two of us went for the birdwatching. We have visited this area before for the same reason but found this easily the best 'hotel' we have so far used. We had evening meals on most nights; These were nicely prepared local food dishes.... all very nice, basic good food. The owner was very helpful concerning advice about the local area and birds. I would recommend Casa Rural Las Canteras to any birdwatching friend. Springtime without doubt appears as the best time to visit however, if it's to see birds."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Nothing springs to mind... Maybe as a suggestion, nice breakfast - but make eggs also available. Would be nice if the swimming pool was in use - as was shown on the website when I booked.... although given how dry Spain is just now, can appreciate why it may not have been."
