- "The beds were nice and hard (good mattresses) and the rooms were well-sized (for France). The hotel was relatively easy to find, and the restaurant was very nice."

- "The worst part is that if you want to visit Grenoble proper, it's a bit outside the city centre. If that's not the main purpose of your trip, then it's excellent value for money. Also, the A/C unit in my room was loud (it made an annoying, liquid gurgling sound whenever it was on)."

friendly - facilitis i.e swimming pool very limited access
Purpose to catch up with family for 54yr wedding anniversary
- but visits for family not encouraged etc.
Really is a busines person/deminars/business meals/weddings venue.
Definitely not a family oriented hotel.
Disapppointed after other bookings with you alway lived up
to expectation.
Had to ask for tea making facility in room and then after Day 1
no replenishment of tea etc." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Unfriendly - aloof - made to feel as if in the way. A few staff were helpful - a few personnel helpful but??? Receptionist Arnaud was the star and very amiable - the only saving grace"
