El Hotel Beatriz Playa & Spa es un hotel de cuatro estrellas situado en Puerto del Carmen, con acceso directo a la Playa de Matagorda.
Las 404 habitaciones cuentan con televisión, mini-bar, baño completo y balcón privado.
Las instalaciones cuentan con excelente spa, gimnasio, zona de masajes, sauna, pista de tienis y cascadas interiores, además de jardines tropicales y piscinas exteriores.
El restaurante sirve ricos buffets de cocina internacional y en el bar puedes tomarte un cóctel, mientras los niños se divierten en el mini-club.
Todos los días hay actividades de ocio con animadores.
Por estar situado en primera línea de mar y en una de las más bonitas playas de Lanzarote, este alojamiento es ideal para una vacaciones tranquilas. Si quieres explorar las zonas de ocio de Puerto del Carmen y Tías, puedes hacerlo caminando unos pasos. Arrecife y el Parque NAcional de Timanfaya están a unos 10 minutos en coche.

Cancellation policy Beatriz Playa y Spa
La cancelación o modificación de la reserva deberá realizarse con un mínimo de 24 horas antes de la llegada del cliente. En caso de incumplimiento de la Política de Cancelación el establecimiento podrá efectuar el cobro correspondiente a una noche de alojamiento aparte del depósito ya abonado como garantía. Para modificar la reserva diríjase directamente al Hotel cuyos datos de contacto figurarán en el Bono de Reserva. En caso de que solicite una modificación para reducir el número de noches o de habitaciones no se reembolsará el depósito de garantía ni se tendrá en cuenta para el pago de la reserva modificada.

- "Renovation work in pool area about which we were not pre-notifed (Manager says bookings.com were advised on Aprl 26th one week before our arrival) Rooms in need of updating"

- "Staff were wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble. No problem gettig
sunbeds. Would have liked parasols that angle as I am very fair skinned
and need to be careful of the sun." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Food was a bit poor and bland. Quality was not what I would I would have wished for. Two beetles (cockroaches?) scuttled across the floor of the dining room on our last night. Also birds faeces where one does not want bird faeces."

- "The dreadful cold in the dining areas , the bars , lounges and corridors morning and especially eveningtime I will never forget. Also all the birds feeding on our food breakfasttime and dinnertime was very disturbing. I'm still waiting for the eagles to be brought in. What a joke!!!"
