Reservation may be cancelled or amended up to 72 hours prior to day of arrival of the client. Failure to cancel your booking prior to this time will result in a charge of one night's accommodation apart from the initial guarantee deposit. In order to amend a reservation, please contact directly the hotel which details figure in the voucher. If your amendment reduces the number of nights or rooms the deposit will not be refunded and will not be discounted of the modified reservation fee.

- "Nice, clean rooms with interesting decor. The shower was really big. The
lady on reception was really nice although she spoke no English which
made parking, etc. a bit tricky but we all tried our best to
communicate. San Sebastián is gorgeous and the location was excellent
and decent value." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "I had emailed the hotel twice prior to our stay to ask about parking but didn't receive any instructions. As a result we drove around the town for over an hour (it is not a fun city to drive around - I don't recommend driving if you can avoid it - there are lots of resident only streets and we weren't sure what parking station was closest to the hotel. We finally parked in one and found the hotel, lugged our bags up a lot of stairs and then tried to understand from the lady at reception where we should have parked - it was very confusing and not easy! Also when we came back to the hotel around 11.30pm our key didn't work! We had to call the lady (on our Aud phone so cost a lot) to ask her to come and help as we knocked a lot and nobody answered. Finally she came and after half an hour someone inside finally let us in. They said it was a completely random problem and had the lock fixed the next day. Nobody's fault but not the greatest experience being locked out and worrying about all our stuff inside!"

- "No central air, but a cooling fan was in the room that got the job done nicely."

- "The name basic comfort definitely sells this place short. It is absolutely gorgeous. Comfy beds, very helpful staff and brilliant location. I'd 100% recommend it."

- "The pension could be better signposted and the parking where you get a discount is a good 15 min walk. Not ideal with loads of luggage!"
