- "There was a problem with a broken lock on room door. Staff dealt with
this really efficiently even though door has to be replaced next day.
ALL HOTEL STAFF HAVE VERY HIGH STANDARD OF CUSTOMER SERVICES, CLEANERS IN CORRIDOR GREET AND ACKNOWLEDGED EVERY TIME THEY SAW A GUEST"
