Reservation may be cancelled or amended up to 48 hours prior to day of arrival of the client. Failure to cancel your booking prior to this time will result in a charge of one night's accommodation apart from the initial guarantee deposit. In order to amend a reservation, please contact directly to the hotel which details figure in the voucher. If your amendment reduces the number of nights or rooms the deposit will not be refunded and will not be discounted of the modified reservation fee.

- "Only bad thing is no aircon, there was one in the room but it didn't work or you have to pay for it as an extra I'm not sure because they never mentioned it when we checked in. Apart from that a great little hotel"

- "No safety deposit box in rooms. There are ones in reception but they are not free. They should be free."

- "The rooms were cleaned well- there were fresh towels and sheets daily, and they didn't come too early! The location is great, out the way enough to go back for a sleep, but about a 10 minute walk away from the lively part of Bora Bora beach. There was also a supermarket right next door. Get up early enough to nab them and there are huge comfy sunbeds by the pool. Also, the hotel was a bargain. 3 of us stayed in our apartment really cheaply. The shower had a decent pressure unlike some cheaper accommodations and also, there are lifts so no lugging heavy suitcases up stairs. Lastly, the man who checked us in on reception was so polite and welcoming and when we had some problems with a group of unsavoury individuals in the room next to us, he told us that if anything was to happen again, they would call the police right away. Fortunately nothing did, but I feel if it had, he would have sorted it for us. Tivoli was the nicest budget accommodation I have ever stayed in and would definitely recommend and return."

- "Only one minor point to address - on checkout, there was a girl at the desk dealing with another holiday maker. We needed the key for the luggage lock up and were waiting by the desk for about 10 minutes without her even acknowledging we were there or saying "please just hold on one moment". I just found it quite rude and it tainted my lovely stay at Tivoli."
