All apartments have a bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. They have an area of ??45 m2. Set in the renowned La Latina neighborhood of Madrid, this smart and modern apartments are located in a prime position for exploring the center of the capital. From the accommodation you can visit some of the major sights of Madrid such as Puerta del Sol, Paza Mayor and the Prado Museum are located a few minutes walk. You can also explore the lively neighborhood of La Latina or relax in the relaxed atmosphere of your apartment after a day of sightseeing. In the various apartments you will find TV, DVD player and Internet access via Wi-Fi. All apartments are exterior and have large windows facing the street, which make them very light which makes them warmer and pleasant. Please indicate at the time of booking your estimated time of arrival so that the staff can make delivery of the apartment keys. Guests arriving later than 22:00 must pay a supplement of 30 EUR. Guests arriving more than 30 minutes late, contact a staff member. Check-in is possible from 15:00. If you arrive before you can leave your luggage and come back later, when your room is ready. You must leave the room before 12:00. If you are going before, leave the keys on the table, turn off the appliance and close the door. Upon arrival, a deposit of EUR 200, refundable upon departure after the condition of the apartment. The rate includes bed linen and towels. Maid service at an additional cost. This property does not accept American Express as a payment method.

- "The apartment was proximate to a lively area, it was ideally located for our purposes 5 days of intensive sightseeing. It was accessible to public transport, buses and metro.
The layout was compact and comfortable, with plenty of light and good facilities." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Overall there wasn't much we didn't like, only watch out for the wooden bed frame which juts out causing a few bruises!"

- "Very bad location, extremely noisy all night every night, locals drinking in the street until morning. Apartment not properly clean, dirty dishes, noisy fridge, very tiny bathroom, completely unsuitable for mature persons."

2. Consider the inside condition of the apartment, the price is OK.

- "1. Not enough blanket for the weather in the beginning of May, until we realized that we should turn on the heater in advance. 2. Not enough power supply in the apartment. The heater, the oven/microwave oven can't be turned up at the same time with causing a blackout. 3. The doors of the apartment are very thin that we can hear the next door neighbers talking clearly or the sound of using bathroom."

I would recommend this apartments for younger people, maybe a little bit noisy area for families and older travelers. Easy access to metro station and all of Madrid is easy to reach from Tirso de Molina square." - Is there anything you didn't like?
