- "The quality of the hotel was excellent and all the staff were extremely
helpful in all respects" - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The restaurant!! Choice was minimal for food and quality was not great. Choice of wine was restricted to 1 red, 1 white, 1 rosé. The restaurant as a place, was pleasant to be in but everything else reminded us of a motorway service station. Quite out of keeping with the hotel itself."

- "Accepted pets (we had a cat travelling with us), secure underground parking. Room was modern and clean."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The room had air conditioning but as Madrid had a couple of cool days prior to our stay the air conditioning had been calibrated for warm only consequently we did not sleep well as room was too hot and as we had our pet cat with us we could not risk leaving the window open all night as he would have been able to escape."
