Reservation may be cancelled or amended up to 48 hours prior to day of arrival of the client. Failure to cancel your booking prior to this time will result in a charge of one night's accommodation apart from the initial guarantee deposit. If your amendment reduces the number of nights or rooms the deposit will not be refunded and will not be discounted of the modified reservation fee.

- "Reception very friendly and helpfull. Good size clean room. Within walking distance from city centre (10 min) and very close to Noviciado Metro station (red line on metro map, 5 min walk). Hostel is on second floor, no lift but good wide staircase which makes it easy going."

- "No sign from hostel other then beside bell. Look for the house number 35 which is well visible."
