After over 30 years organising trade fairs, IFEMA (Trade Fair Institution of Madrid) is the first operator in Spain and one of the most important operators in Europe. The airport Madrid-Barajas is located only 10 km away from the enclosure and basically 15 kilometres from the city centre, with which it connects by means of the Metro (Airport Station).
