- "The apartment was very comfortable and in a great location."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "There is a hostel across the road and it tended to get a little rowdy. However the noise is only a problem if you sleep in the room closest to the hostel with the window open. But the price, the comfort and location far outweigh the only negative! We loved our stay!"

- "The apartment is very clean, has very good beds and two bathrooms with each a toilet and shower. Excellent location in El Carmen, near the main historical and nightlife centers of Valencia. Restaurants, taverns and shops are within a 10 minutes walking distance. A very lively area. This apartment is highly recommended."

- "The bedroom at the street is opposite the backpackers hostel. The backpackers can generate some noise."
