Estos apartamentos situados en el corazón de Valencia ofrecen una excelente ubicación en esta histórica ciudad.
Los Vlc Apartamens están distribuidos por zonas clave de la ciudad, como el casco antiguo, el puerto y las playas. Desde todos ellos podrá acceder fácilmente al centro, donde se encuentra el mercado y el Instituto Valenciano de Arte Moderno, entre otros lugares de interés. En las inmediaciones hay también bares y restaurantes, así como locales nocturnos.
Los apartamentos presentan una decoración moderna y mucha luz natural. Disfrute de una estancia tranquila y privada en pleno centro de Valencia. No se aceptan tarjetas American Express como forma de pago.
Una vez hecha la reserva, el establecimiento se pondrá en contacto directamente con los huéspedes para informarles sobre el registro de entrada.
El registro de entrada se realiza en el apartamento. Si hubiera incidencias, deberá ponerse en contacto con la oficina central, situada en la plaza del Mercado, número 10.
Si llega después de las 21:00, deberá pagar un suplemento de 20 EUR.
A su llegada deberá abonar un depósito en efectivo, como garantía para cubrir posibles desperfectos.
El suplemento obligatorio de 40 EUR por el servicio de limpieza no está incluido en la tarifa y se paga directamente en el hotel.

- "The apartment itself is very comfortable for a young family, newly renovated and well equipped. Very good location in a historic and friendly neighborhood."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Parking is very restricted (throughout the city) and the nearest public parking is a good ten minute walk away. The building is very old with no noise insulation, and the guests at the apartment upstairs were incredibly noisy and partying through the night."

- "Clean, spacious, great value for money and an absolutely perfect location!"

- "Not much information about the apartment itself before we arrived so we didn't really know what to expect. Turned out well in the end though."

- "there was only one little problem: the apartment situated on the 4th floor without elevator."

- "If you want to be in the right spot in Valencia, then these apartments are it! Literally 50 meters from the Xativa Metro station, with really good restaurants, and shops at your door."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "If you want an early night and peace and quiet, then this is not the place. The party outside your window goes on until early! For us it was no problem as we were also out, but if you are a light sleeper and want quiet....stay elsewhere."
