- "Location great!! Loved the market in front.
The Apartment building # is not seen from the street. Turn into a 'hallway' from the main street (near Di Nicola or tropical house). You will then see building #. The doorman of the apartment can call the manager of the apartments I assume. They will then come to give you the keys. We asked a random person to use his cell to call the apartments to find it. Be sure to have the phone number of the place with you!" - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Aircon was not turned on our first night. They said they do not turn it on till "summer" which was the next day (july 1). When we did get the central air it was great but the temp was increased some in the middle of the night."

- "Felt like your own apartment with the freedom to do whatever you like!"

- "If you didn't ask, you wouldn't know where it was!"

- "The location is very central"

- "The place is not exactly hygienic, we found hairs and some hairpins in the sheets, apparently the linen wasn't changed after the previous guests. Dirty dishes were in the dishdryer."

- "Location was very near to the main Gran Via but a little difficult to find. Adequate facilities and overall cleanliness suited our requirements. Plenty of bedding and towels and a nice touch with the personalised toiletries."

- "Shower head was blocked, sharp knife needed in the kitchen. Air con didn't work and a plug socket was hanging off wall showing bare wires."
