- "This is really nice place! and for this money .. I am totally satisfied) Not far from the hotel you'll find Sopelana Ocen plage, nice Gexo at a bay full of nice restaurants and yachts, Bilbao city with it's beatiful old town.

- "Location near The Airport, Nice rooms, clean"

- "The staff was quite unintrrested, we traveled with a Little baby and we had to wait for The room till 4 pm ( The check in should be from 2 pm), there was no possibility to drink a cup Of coffee or tea ( The restaurant had holidays - ok, but no Café for The guests???)"

- "The restaurant was closed until September. This completely spoiled our evening as it was not possible to get food locally. Horrible!"
