- "the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the room was spotlessly clean"

- "due to the windows not opening the room was stuffy"

- "the lift from the underground carpark, the room, food and drink available in bar cafe or in your room, food tasty and freshly prepared, breakfast-pleasantly surprised to find sausage scrambled egg and bacon on the buffet as well as the usual croissants etc. Staff Andrew and Gemma pleasant and efficient, as was morning receptionist. Would definitely stay again."

- "Hot in room unable to open window BUT next morning discovered that if we had asked , the window could have been unlocked for us. Perhaps easier directions -especially showing where car park is as you get to hotel. we found it just by chance"
