- "My room had bed bugs. I woke up at 2am and my body was inflamed with bug bites. I called the front desk to complain and they offered me a room change. I had to transport all my stuff in the middle of the night to another insect infested room. I complained to the manager in the morning and only offered half my money back, and asked me to file a complaint with Wyndom. His offer was ridiculous and should have given my entire money back. He did not seem remorseful or apologetic to my situation. I showed him all the fresh bug bites and the inflammation it caused. Absolute horrid experience. I should have paid twenty bucks more for a better hotel. Absolute worst. You're better off sleeping on the streets."

- "well after i had booked my room there was no notice staying that there was no tv. i found out when i arrived to check in there a sign saying that was no tv reception in the room but there was a tv in the room and the front desk person said its been out for a few weeks now? very disappointing. they did to make it rite for me."
