What did you like the most?
"The location, on the stairs-street Calçado do Duque, is very good, unless you have problems walking stairs or can't stand the flow of pedestrians going up to Bairro Alto at night."
Is there anything you didn't like?
"The apartment does not have Wifi, which is ridiculous for this price (and their statement on booking.com that there is). After asking about it 3 times, staff tried to help out by providing a Vodaphone usb-connection (on 2nd day of stay) but that was so slow you couldn't even open Gmail and ran out of credits in less than 24 hours. After asking about it, on the 4th day of stay they replaced that with a TMN mobile modem, which mostly provided reasonable connection speeds but at times was very slow as well. On the day you check-out you can leave your luggage in their office but they would charge 3 euros per item !! This is completely not-done, certainly considering the price of this apartment. If you need to store luggage you can much more cheaply use the lockers in the Rossio train station."

What did you like the most?
"The apartment was a great value for the price, it was wonderful to stay at Travelling to Libson because our apartament it is in the center of Chiado and the location is excellent is within convenient walking distance of just about anything you would wish to do or see in Lisbon, especially restaurants and clubs. Besides, it was as advertised, very clean and well maintained. We loved Lisbon, all portugueses, portuguese food. We could not forget to say how welcoming Travelling to Lisbon is, me and my friend resolved our doubts about the apartment directly to them. Raquel, Maria, Miguel and Daniel our sincere thank."

What did you like the most?
"The apartment we've rented is right in the city center. Friendly staff.
The apartment had practically everything you need to stay, and even
more. We've got free Internet connection just because of the fact they
published this information on Booking, though it wasn't actually true."
Is there anything you didn't like?
"- Paid check-in during weekends and holidays (I don't understand why I should pay extra for this), and there was no exact price on Booking.com. - we had got a completely different apartment if to compare to the one we've booked on Booking.com (another address) - you must sign too many papers and they also TAKE YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS INCLUDING CVC2/CVV2 and PRINT THEM on a shit of paper, so that you can't be sure that they just don't lose it or abuse the information. It's completely insecure! - you can pay only partial sum for your stay, but they don't accept CC to pay the whole sum, instead of it they ask for cash. It's really inconvenient. - too cold in the apartment, even if you turn on all heating devices on maximum. - not careful staff - they even didn't bring toilet paper during cleaning; satellite receiver didn't work, and no one even came to check what's wrong; batteries in one of RCs were flat I let them know but they didn't change them (ok, we went to Portugal not just to watch TV, but it's not a big deal to have it working) - no one told us that there was a music shop, which operates every day 10 a.m. -9 p.m., and the music from that shop was really loud - so unless you are a great fan of rock this room isn't for you (I'm talking about apartment nº 092, Calçada do Duque nº53-B, 1st floor). - cold water in the sink, though in other places there were no problems with hot water"
