Tharsis Hotel is a charming, new hotel, located just meters from Cazorla?s center. The hotel?s décor is tasteful and here you will enjoy an unforgettable stay. We?ll be happy to recommend visits, 4x4, hiking or horse riding routes. From our hotel, you can easily access the best places in Cazorla and its mountain range.
Easy access from different directions. Take the road to Andalusia or the N-IV (signposted Madrid-Cadiz). Entering Bailén, take the N-322, signposted Linares and Ubeda until you get to Torrepero gil. Then take the A-315, with directions to Peal de Becerro, and when you get there, follow the A-319 to Cazorla. If you are coming from Valencia, take the N-322 (signposted Córdoba-Valencia), continue on this road until you get to Albacete. From here you can take a diversion by Villacarillo to Mogón, until you get to Santo Tomé. Once you get there, follow the signs to the JV-7101 to Carzorla. If you are coming from Murcia and Alicante, take the A-92 to Baza, and then follow the signs to the A-315 that will take you to Pozo Alcón, Quesada and Peal de Becerro. Alternatively, take the A-320 by Iznalloz and Guadahortuna to Jódar, and when you get to Peal de Becerro (C-328), take the A-319 to Cazorla.
Surrounding areas:The hotel is situated in Cazorla, a small town situated on the western slopes of the Sierra Cazorla, amidst breathtaking countryside and just 15 km from Quesada. During your stay a visit to the Villa Romana de Bruñel, Roman ruins of an aristocratic country house dating back 2000 years, is highly recommended. As well as the Rafael Zabaleta museum, home to a large collection of the artist?s oil paintings and works of art. From Quesada, you can visit Peal de Becerro and the village of Toya which houses the Burial Chamber of Toya, a well-preserved Iberian Romanic monument. In this district you also can enjoy a traditional meal at the popular La Piscina restaurant. Just 30 minute away from Cazorla, are the great, medieval cities of Úbeda and Baeza. Both cities have been declared as World Heritage Sites by UNESCO.
