- "Niente, Nada, Nichts, None. At least the hotel staff was so kind to do
not charge for the second night." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights and both were in the same bad conditions: smelly, old, blurry carpet and curtains, fungi bathroom, partially non working devices such as safety box,TV and hairdryer which have been fixed after a while. Needs urgently a refurbishment. The 5 stars are valid maybe 25 years ago, today a disgrace. No room change possible since hotel fully booked. So we complained the next morning and moved to the next closest hotel Sonesta El Bolivar (3 min. Walk) which was just 20% more expensive but 100% more class."
