- "The location. Santa Theresa is a great district"
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "While I liked the concierge, the lack of english is a major problem. I ordered a cab the night before and they promised it would be there. In the morning, they said they hadn't ordered it. They then gave me a phone and some numbers and told me to phone it. The cab took an hour to arrive and I missed my plane. This was one a few things where help was not forthcoming. I understand it's not a hotel, but it's debatable if they should offer accomodation on an international web site and not have a concierge that can help more."
