- "The Staff were fantastic about helping us with our 'lost
luggage' which took 2 days to locate. They didn't complain once
when we asked them - yet again - if they could possibly phone the
luggage company to ask where it was. Couldn't have been more helpful
and friendly. Everyone who worked there seemed genuinely interested in
our comfort and willing to do everything they could to ensure that.
Apart from all this, the hotel is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable
and soundproof, and, if you're visiting Lisbon for the 1st time, you
couldn't stay in a more excitingly historic neighbourhood." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The only downside was the price of breakfast, but that's not unusual. I rarely eat 14Euros worth of breakfast food, so it's purely a personal preference. I think it would be better if there was an option of breakfast size with an appropriate price according to each different size. Other than that absolutely no complaints."
