- "Excellent location and friendly staff --we were greeted on time outside
the apartment and allowed to store our luggage before check-in time,
even though the building we stayed at (C/Pastor y Landero) does not
have a reception. The apartment we had was modern, very nicely decorated
and very comfortable --new furniture, fixtures, appliances, kitchen
utensils,etc. The elevator was convenient." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Sofa bed is big and nice, but not very comfortable --and the linens we got were too small for it. Building and apartment have been nicely renovated, but are still missing some last touches here and there (leaking bathroom sink, loose towel rack and closet door knobs,...). We really had a great stay, but what was truly upsetting was that we were locked in the building on the day of departure by other guest(s) and almost missed bus! Business manager Isabel was responsive and very helpful in that situation, but given that the building has no reception, we'd strongly recommend that the company post clear instructions regarding apartment and building access keys."

- "Washing machine did not work. Light in lounge room did not work Bathroom ceiling light removed light over mirror not enought to see I. Bathroom shower very dark Air conditioner did not work apt very hot."

- "The apartment was easy to find and was located in a great part of the city, it was easy to get around on foot and see everything.
Isa and Marisa were very helpful, giving good recommendations of places to eat and drink and going through the local map to make it easier for us to find things. We would stay here again."

- "No se encuentra en la parte más bonita de la ciudad. Olor a moho en la planta baja."
