- "People upstairs very noisy. The stairs were very bad. They are not safe and the entrance could be very nice with a little work."

- "Kitchen did not have sufficient facilities, like a tea towel, washing up things or even a wastebin. During our 5 nights stay we had to use the same bath towels, unacceptable. The documentation stated that after 3 days everything would be cleaned. It wasn´T. Wifi did not work and staff did not adequately solve this problem. Apartment building was very noisy, we could hear the next neighbour snoring. Banging of doors in the middle of the night was not very nice. Bedlamps in one of the bedrooms did not work."

- "The location of the apartment (C/BALLESTERIES 45) with a great river view and the apartment itself: big/clean/nicely decorated and well equipped."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "In the location where I stayed (C/BALLESTERIES 45), there was no elevator as the building is one of the old historic ones next to the river. I didn't mind, but a person with more luggage/less mobility than us might have a problem climbing up the narrow staircase."
