What did you like the most?: "Historic house and gardens. Good location for suffolk attractions. Very polite staff."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "As a single person it is not uncommon when booking rooms to find oneself in the servants quarters, behind the lift or above the bar and as long as the bed is of a high quality this does not always matter, however it was the most uncomfortable bed I have slept in for a long time. The hotel is tired and in need of upgrading..shabby stair carpets, very old fashioned bathrooms and the attic rooms need to be consigned to storage not good enough for the single traveller of 2012."

What did you like the most?: "The hotel in general was great. Great building, facilities, food, surroundings and staff."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "One small issue was that they closed the main hotel bar on the Saturday afternoon, so it ment you had to go across the car park and into the leisure bar and then take your drink back over to the hotel."
